Voiding Other Purchase Orders

1. When you first enter the Other Purchase Orders option a Select An Other Purchase Order window will appear.Select to Other Purchase Order to void from the list and press enter.

2. Command options will appear; select Void.

3. The following message will appear: "Do you really want to void this other purchase order? No/Yes?"

• Select no to exit the void option.
• Select yes to void the other purchase order. The other purchase order has now been voided.
